Coverage depends on the food, source, and information supplied. A nutrient estimate is not a measurement, and a target-range flag is not a diagnosis.

Adaptive Intelligence. Plans that keep themselves honest.

Set a goal and StatsKey maintains the math: a formula ensemble tuned to your body, thirty days of Apple Watch activity, and your gap-aware weight trend, reconciled into one maintenance number and carried into weekly planning. When measured reality disagrees with the formula, reality wins — in proportion to the evidence.

Confidence gates the correction: Baseline (formula) → Medium (+ Watch) → High (+ weight trend). Manual edits always win — flip one switch and it's your number again.

Recent evidence → weekly plan → race outlook. Actual screen recording.

Outside the expected range

See what’s outside your target. Trace the evidence.

StatsKey flags micronutrients outside your target range — low or high — then shows the evidence behind each value: confidence, food-level sources, and whether it was measured or estimated. A bison-and-rice nutrient label and its tryptophan sourcing show the whole chain without treating an estimate like a diagnosis.

The hardest signal to talk about

The gut: huge, multifactorial, and mostly invisible.

Around 40% of people have a disorder of gut–brain interaction and ~12% have IBS; most name food as a trigger, but every trigger list is individual. In one US study, more than 60% of patients hid bowel-urgency symptoms from their own doctor out of embarrassment.

StatsKey's Gut Check records the whole episode — Bristol type with mixed-episode phases, urgency, control, passage, cleanup, red flags — and scores each one 0–10 for GI burden, right alongside food, fiber, glucose, and training. Gut–brain patterns compute from your own paired days, you can enable an optional record lock using supported device authentication, and Intelligence can trace any rough afternoon back to the meals before it. No one has to say a word.

NIDDK (IBS ~12%) · Rome IV DGBI epidemiology (Sperber 2021; Palsson 2020) · Lilly CONFIDE (bowel-urgency underreporting).
